I offer evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapy and EMDR delivered with warmth, care, and understanding, supporting people to better understand their thoughts and emotions, build resilience, and move towards meaningful, lasting change.

Often, the idea of reaching out for support can be overwhelming. It’s normal to feel nervous or apprehensive about starting therapy. If you choose to make a start, know that you are making a step in the right direction to improve your mental health.
1) Free 15-minute telephone consultation
This is an opportunity for us to talk about what you’re looking for support with and how I may be able to help.
2) Agreeing to work together
If it feels like a good fit, we can discuss starting therapy, including whether you prefer virtual or face-to-face appointments and when these will begin.
3) Initial assessment
Your assessment usually takes place over one or more sessions. This helps me understand your background, current difficulties, and what you’d like to get out of therapy.
4) Weekly therapy sessions
We will meet regularly to work towards your therapy goals, review progress, and adapt the approach as needed.
