A little about me…
I am a fully accredited BABCP psychotherapist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have worked in the mental health field for over a decade and currently practice as a Senior CBT Therapist within the NHS alongside my private work. Throughout my career, I have supported a wide range of individuals, offering tailored therapy to meet their unique needs and experiences.
I believe everyone deserves the time and space to focus on their emotional wellbeing. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in empowering people to take an active role in their own healing. I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental environment where you can explore your feelings, understand patterns that may be holding you back, and begin to move towards meaningful change.
Whether you are struggling with current challenges or wanting to process difficult past experiences, therapy can help you develop tools and strategies to feel more in control of your emotions. It takes time and commitment, but I am here to support you throughout the process, helping you make sense of your thoughts, behaviours, and the impact they have on your wellbeing.
If you feel ready to take the next step, I’d be happy to speak with you about how I can support you.
